It’s a bitter truth that carbs are not our true friend, though we need them to maintain the energy level of our body but in limited quantity. Sitting in front of the screen for prolonged hours together can make you feel mentally tired more than physically. You need to take a break from your laptop or Computer screens every hour. You could do some eye exercises that maintain the eye muscle strength. Most of us have a habit of going through our phones before sleeping and give you a screen fewer hours before getting some sleep.
